Shipping Address / Billing address of credit card (*THESE MUST BE THE SAME*)
Credit card number and expiration date (VISA / MASTERCARD)
Customer service phone number on the back of your card
Name of your credit card provider. ( Eg. Royal Bank Visa, Bank of America Mastercard )
3 security numbers on the back of the card (beside the card number or beside the signature line.

We ship only within CANADA and Continental USA.

PRODUCT PRICING
Our products are priced in Canadian (CDN) dollars.

Upon ordering, a sales representative will take your order and you be billed in Canadian dollars.
If you are an American customer, your credit card company will convert your Canadian dollar purchase to American dollars on your credit card statement.
We can estimate shipping & handling costs however orders must be packed, measured, and weighed in order to offer you
the lowest shipping & handling charge. We make every attempt to ship your products as soon as possible,
however due to fluctuating volumes of mailorders, your order may take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped.
When using our convenient online ordering shopping cart,
you will only be billed for the parts you have selected and tax on the parts.
 Canadian customers only pay 5% GST, there is no PST charge as we are located in Alberta.
After your order is packed we will add the shipping charge to your order.
This method allows us to offer you the lowest possible shipping rate for the exact parts that you have ordered.

MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE IS $15.00

 
SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS
Some of our products are available by special order only.
These items must be paid for in full before we import them.  Special order products are not returnable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING AND TRACKING
Concept-1 ships  by FedEx, and Canada Post. After packing your order our shipping department will determine the most affordable & reliable courier to your shipping address depending on the size and weight of your package.  Your order will be shipped by GROUND service unless you specify that you require Express shipping. 
Upon placing your order you may supply us with your email address to which we can send a tracking number for your shipment.

DAMAGES / SHORTAGES
Although very infrequent, if you receive a damaged or broken package please contact the courier by phone immediately to start a damages claim. Once they issue a claim number please call Concept-1 to notify us of your damages and claim number so we can help to complete the claim and re-issue you the parts.
We will help you with your claim to the best of our abilities. 
 ** Important  ** You must retain all packing materials and products in
the condition your received them in order for the courier to assess your damages / shortages.

WARRANTY
We support  warranties offered by a product's manufacturer. Please note that warranties never include reimbursement
for labor time, inconvenience, damage to other components, or shipping costs. Warranties are only offered to the original
 purchaser of the product or service. If you have any warranty concerns about a product please ask your sales representative before ordering.
We cannot offer a warranty on the following items:
Electrical parts of any kind,  Carburetors
 Misused products,  Used parts,  Sale products
Products not installed by a qualified service facility.
RETURNS
If there is a problem with one of our products please call so that we can help you sort it out promptly. 
If you need to return a product you must call first to obtain a Return Authorization Number (ROA).
No returns will be accepted under any circumstances without a ROA.

You must ship your product back prepaid in a box clearly labeled CANADIAN PRODUCT RETURN,
with all your contact information, copy of your invoice, and ROA inside the box.  Please indicate on your return shipping waybill that your shipment  is a CANADIAN PRODUCT RETURN
Returns must arrive back at Concept-1 within 15 days of your order date.
All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. No exceptions.
We cannot accept returns on the following products:
Electrical items of any kind,  Carburetors
Sale / discounted products,  Fiberglass parts
Parts that have been installed,  Used parts
Special order parts
