The plastic PCV tube and baffle on your Mk3 VR6 is going to break. When? When you least expect it. We're not psychic, but experience has taught us all about this wonderful little tube. Years of heat and oil weaken the factory plastic causing the tube to crack wide open. Unfortunately, this part is not available at the VW dealer. It must be purchased with the air intake boot assembly - retailing online for $110-$150. Why spend big bucks to install the same weak part? Use our PCV Fix & repair it for the last time! Our Mk3 VR6 PCV Fix is a direct replacement for the factory PCV baffle and tubing. We've eliminated the plastic and designed a 100% stainless steel replacement built to last forever. Our fix is a complete kit which includes couplers, hose clamps, and tubing to replace the rotten vacuum line from the throttle body to the purge valve. No permanent modification to any factory parts is required! When choosing build materials we cut no corners. Our tube is fabricated from precision turned 304 stainless steel tubing and tight radius mandrel bent elbows. Stainless steel rings act as stops for the couplers & offer a clean look. Tubes are TIG welded on precision fixtures & powdercoated wrinkle black for a stealth look. Our couplers are made from oil resistant synthetic rubber tubing. Compared to silicone, this tubing offers superior oil resistance & sealing ability. Our clamps are 100% stainless steel & sized to fit. To replace the vacuum line we include 12" of heavy duty fuel line. Standard vacuum line won’t stand up to the heat of the exhaust manifold, so we went with thick wall oil & fuel resistant tubing. Our PCV Fix is designed to fit OBD1 & OBD2 Mk3 VR6 engines. It will also fit the VR6 B3 & B4 Passat. Fitment on the Corrado SLC rubber intake boot has not been confirmed. |

The 2.0T FSI & TSI motors are certainly cool, but where are the vacuum lines? There's one, but tapping this stubby little thing results in a mess. Tap your intake manifold the right way using our Mk5 Boost Gauge Tap! Installation is simple - remove the PCV tube, slide this fitting into the intake manifold, pop the PCV fitting back on, rotate to lock, and read your boost. No hose clamps or modifications needed. Our boost gauge tap is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum. The design mimics the factory intake manifold and PCV tube, squeezing a spacer between the two. In this spacer, a brass barb allows for a universal boost gauge connection. A carefully designed tab allows the fitting to lock into the stock intake manifold. Precision machining on the female side allows the PCV tube to lock in and seal without leaking. On the male side, two Viton o-rings seal the fitting inside the intake manifold. Our boost gauge tap fits both FSI and TSI motors. Installation is quick and reversible. No tools are required and our fitting leaves no marks on the intake manifold or PCV tube. Our boost gauge barb fits .170" ID tubing. |

On most vehicles there is at least one major vacuum line which runs through the engine bay. In most VW's there is a major line which runs from the intake manifold to the brake booster. By splicing our inline manifold into an existing line the manifold is self-supported. -Our inline vacuum manifold has 2 input fittings. Technically the second fitting is an output fitting, but the inline reversible nature of the manifold allows us to get simple and call both fittings input. In order to install this manifold in an inline fashion, your engine must have a major vacuum line to splice into. Multiple sizes and configurations of input fittings are included to fit this manifold in almost any vehicle. |
